Rohit Shetty talks about ‘Chalo Na Naino Se’ composition by Himesh Reshammiya

Key Takeaways:

  • According to director Rohit Shetty, the song “Chalo Na Naino Se Baan Rey” from the movie “Bol Bachchan” was not initially intended to be in the picture.
  • When I heard you were going to sing Sajde, a song with a high level of difficulty, I was eager to hear how you would perform it.

The song “Chalo Na Naino Se Baan Rey” of the movie “Bol Bachchan” was originally not intended to be in the film, according to filmmaker Rohit Shetty. The song was created after he called Himesh Reshammiya overnight.

In order to fill the roles of backup dancers and action stuntmen while they were all filming in Jaipur, he used his action stuntmen.

Later, Ranveer Singh praised Shivam Singh, a contestant on season 13 of “Indian Idol,” for his rendition of the song “Sajde Bichava” from his movie “Kill Dil.”

Absolutely stunning, Ranveer exclaimed. The entire environment has become spiritualized, thanks to you. The song “Sajde,” written by Gulzar Sahab, starts with his voice.

Sajde is a song with a high degree of difficulty, so when I heard you were going to sing it, I eagerly anticipated hearing how you would perform it. However, you did a fantastic job of rendering it.

Shivam thanked Ranveer for the compliments and added, “Sajde is one of my favourite songs personally as well. I adore it so much that I wanted to record a cover in my own voice at one point, but I never thought I’d have the chance to perform it in front of you on Indian Idol’s stage.

The judges for “Indian Idol 13” are Vishal Dadlani, Neha Kakkar, and Himesh Reshammiya. Sony Entertainment Television is where the singing reality show is broadcast.
