Kim Kardashian talks about the problems of co-parenting with Kanye West.
Kardashian and West were married for eight years and had four kids throughout their date. Their separation was finalized last month.
Kim Kardashian on parenting and Kanye West:
In a new chat on Angie Martinez’s IRL podcast, Kardashian painfully explained co-parenting as “really hard”, specifically when it comes to protecting them from their father’s recent spate of hateful, essentially antisemitic statements.
“If they don’t know the things that are being spoken or what’s happening in the world, why would I ever get that punch to them?” she said. “That’s serious grown-up that they’re not prepared to deal with.”
“And when they are, we’ll have those discussions. I’ll be so ready. But till then, I’ll do anything to keep their life as casual as possible.”

Kim on why she cannot criticize Kanye publicly:
Kardashian even said she wouldn’t badmouth West in the media for the sake of their kids. “One day, my children will thank me for sitting here and not striking their father when I could,” she said.
“All the crazy things. They’ll appreciate me, and I’ll personally answer anything that they want to know. It’s not my position anymore to jump in.”
Kardashian was among a host of public people who criticized West for his antisemitic remarks. “Hate speech is never OK or forgivable,” she said in a statement (albeit not straight referencing West by name).
“I am with the Jewish community and call on the horrific violence and hostile verbiage towards them to come to an immediate end.”
West was also announced ‘Antisemite of the year’ by the watchdog board StopAntisemitism.
