According to the most recent allegations, Kapil Sharma, who is now touring with his team, is being accused of breaching a contract relating to a 2015 North American tour. According to reports, the actor-comedian was sued by Sai USA Inc. of New Jersey after he allegedly failed to fulfil the contract by appearing at all six of the scheduled performances. When the situation was brought to his attention, he reportedly said he would compensate the company for the damage it had suffered. Sai USA Inc. decided to sue Kapil Sharma because, despite his assurances, the comedian-host has not yet paid the corporation.

Amit Jaitly, the company’s owner, also
spoke with Times of India in which he discussed the violation of contract and how Kapil volunteered to make up the shortfall. He was cited as telling ETimes, “He did not perform and has not reacted although we tried to contact him before the court on multiple occasions.” Additionally, he stated that legal action will undoubtedly be taken against him because the case is still pending in a New York court. On this matter, Kapil’s team has still not responded.

 

For the show’s tour, Kapil Sharma and his group are now in North America. The comedian has also shared various glimpses of their journey on social media. His social media is full with their actions, from pictures to videos. The comedian-host successfully finished a second season of his programme. When they return from their tour, however, the specifics of the upcoming season will be revealed.
